APPA Panel Discussion with Energy Attorney Alan Robbins

Alan I. Robbins, an energy attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, participated on a panel of legal experts presenting on practicing law before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) at the 2012 American Public Power Association (APPA) Legal Conference held October 14-17th in Washington DC.

Mr. Robbins focused on the “Fundamentals of a FERC Rate Proceeding” in a session titled “FERC Practice.”
